What to Expect
CoolTone™ is an in-office treatment that is usually completed in 30 minutes. The applicator is applied to the designated treatment area that was previously discussed and agreed upon during your consultation with Dr. Mattingly. Electromagnetic energy initiates the muscle contractions to start the strengthening and toning aspect of the treatment. With CoolTone™, you will feel as if you are experiencing a muscle spasm; it will not be painful, but you will feel the treatment happening.
Recovery & Results
There is no downtime for this treatment; however, your body may be sore or swollen for a few days. It is the same feeling as if you just completed an intense workout. Results typically last about six months. Multiple CoolTone™ treatments are recommended to achieve lasting results.
